REMINDER to past newletter people

we're using a new newsletter engine, so if youve been subscribed to it for a couple months to more then a year, then you should re-sign up for it. we're starting from the beginning because some people who were on the past newsletter subscription didnt want to be on it and couldnt unsubscribe.
