Cooking w/ Casual : Stew


crock pot - check.

sidekick lil dipper - optional.

protein - check.

you really gotta force the protein to adapt to your crock pot. all you need is can-do attitude and absolutely no mercy.

salt/pepper/and cover the protein with flour. then throw in 3 cups of beef broth, 8 oz red wine, carrots, taters, onions, paprika, and acouple splashes of Worcestershire sauce and youre golden son.

Set on HIGH for 4-6 hrs.

and enjoy. No more poop patrol for this guy.
