Cooking w/ Casual : Stew

crock pot - check.

sidekick lil dipper - optional.

protein - check.

you really gotta force the protein to adapt to your crock pot. all you need is can-do attitude and absolutely no mercy.

salt/pepper/and cover the protein with flour. then throw in 3 cups of beef broth, 8 oz red wine, carrots, taters, onions, paprika, and acouple splashes of Worcestershire sauce and youre golden son.

Set on HIGH for 4-6 hrs.

and enjoy. No more poop patrol for this guy.

The Art of Van-Damming

I learned this term from the Brothers Reid. Never heard of it, must have been a different time. According to them, it's the act of taking an object with the intent to break something with it and letting out a loud "Van Damme" shout (for example: WAAAAHHHHHH!!!) before breaking another object - as seen in the example above.

Casual does not want you to Van Damme things, this is just a informative post. Van-damming is a very serious matter. You Van-damme the wrong thing, you could end up like the van-damme below.

Fresh Espresso - "Big or small" the music video

This is a local group called Fresh Espresso consisting of P.Smoov of Mad Rad and Rik Rude. P. Smoov is probably one of my favorite local producers on the scene. Anyway, here is a new video I came across from them, it's from their debut album "Glamour" and the song is called "Big or Small", and I thought it was hot, heat, fire, so here ya go, peep game. and good work to Fresh Espresso and Mad Rad for giving Seattle a fighting chance to be part of mainstream music.
